
Harbor City likely never had a name for the car (with it only being named "Stock Car" for most of the development) or driver.In our current issue, we feature a two-page interview with Eat Sleep Play's David Jaffe and Scott Campbell. The name "12-Pak" and the character of Severed Sam were created by David Jaffe when he was working on the Extra Twisted Edition of Head-On.The full quote is "Our lady of blessed acceleration don't fail me now!" This is a reference to a quote said by Elwood Blues from the Blues Brothers movie. The quote "Our lady of blessed acceleration" is written on the car's side.It's unknown if the orange color ever made it into a playable version. The white and red version is seen in Lost, while the white and blue is seen in the leaked build of Harbor City. 12-Pak had three different colors in its concept art as seen on Sweet Tour Mode white and red, white and blue, and fully orange.12-Pak is similar to Crazy 8, as both are race cars that have numbers in their names and both of their drivers lost body parts related to their heads (Severed Sam lost his entire head, while No-Face lost only his eyes and tongue).Zombie, Orbital, Piecemeal, Pit Viper, Pizza Boy, Primeval, Quatro, RC Car, Reaper, Road Boat, Talon, The Joneses, Tower Tooth, Trapper, Trash Man and Vermin are the only playable vehicles to have so far been in only one Twisted Metal game, but this may not count since Twisted Metal: Harbor City was cancelled, though a small portion of it was made playable in Twisted Metal: Head-On: Extra Twisted Edition as Twisted Metal Lost. 12-Pak, ATV, Brimstone, Calypso, Club Kid, Cousin Eddy, Crazy 8, Create Car, Crusher, Death Warrant, Drag Queen, Firestarter, Flower Power, Goggle Eyes, Gold Tooth, Juggernaut, Kamikaze, Manslaughter, Meat Wagon, Meter Maid, Micro Blast, Mime, Moon Buggy, Mr.A flaw occurs when firing missiles if you want to switch targeting to another vehicle, all the missiles you fire will revert back to one. Hit the fire button again to release the missiles. Special Weapon: Reticle: Hit the fire button once to activate a countdown. Vehicle Type: Stock Car/ 1975 Chevrolet Chevelle Its special weapon is similar to the Reticle pick-up from Twisted Metal: Black.

A prized stock car, which has the same stats as Spectre. This version of the Stock Car was named "12-Pak" and had a red paintjob.

The only cut vehicle from Harbor City which was featured in Lost.

Special Weapon: A green missile similar to Spectre's special, likely as a placeholder. Its biggest difference being the blue paintjob. Known as "Stock Car" in the leaked builds, the design was mostly the same as the Lost version.
